Orders & Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is successfully received.
Can I customize my T-shirt?
Yes. Custom-designed and personalized merchandise is produced according to the specifications submitted or approved by the customer.
Shipping & Tracking
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Will I receive tracking information?
When tracking information is available, you will receive a tracking number after your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Returns & Issues
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Items may returned/exchanged within 14 days of receipt of order with no signs of wear. After 14 days store credit will be issued. After 30 Days no return or credit issued.
What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Contact LW2 Designs within 7 days of delivery and provide your name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging when applicable.
